Heathrow opened in 1946 with two runways, has 5 Terminals and flies to 187 destinations in 90 countries with over 90 different airlines. In March 2008 Terminal 5 was completed.
Each of the terminals has competitive currency exchange, facilities, information counters, accommodation desk and left luggage and property lost facilities. ATMs can be founded throughout all terminals.

Heathrow is accessible via the nearby M4 motorway and A4 road (terminal 1-3) the M25 motorway (terminals 4 and 5) and A30 road (terminal 4).
There are drop off and pick up areas at all terminals and short and long stay car parks.
